Integra SA is looking for a Logistics Coordinator for its Distribution Business, to be based in Leuven, Belgium.
As Logistics Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chains in the European petrochemical markets. You'll manage orders, coordinate logistics with global stakeholders, and handle essential documentation such as transport documents, Letters of Credit and invoices.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate logistics flows for chemicals, optimizing cost and efficiency while ensuring product quality and contract compliance.
Manage compliance with safety, environmental and sustainability standards in all logistics operations, including shipping, rail, trucks, terminaling and storage.
Prepare and manage shipping documents.
Handle logistics‐related costs, invoicing including month‐end closing activities, and quality/incident reporting; contribute to supplier reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
Provide operational input for effective demurrage handling and cost recovery.
Coordinate with operations teams across regions and provide support if needed.
Requirements: 5–10 years of working experience in the (petro)chemical industry handling operations/logistics.
Knowledge of Incoterms, Letters of Credit and transport documentation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
