As part of the management team, you advise on organizational development, leadership, talent strategy, and workforce planning.Culture and organizational developmentYou strengthen our organizational culture and help break down silos. You stimulate collaboration, accelerate decision-making, and enhance leadership maturity through coaching and leadership programs.Talent strategy and leadershipYou build a future-proof talent strategy. You can rely on central HR shared services supporting areas such as payroll, HR administration, recruitment, and learning & development.Integration during acquisitionsYou guide HR due diligence and integrations during acquisitions or when new sites join the organization. This ensures new teams quickly align with our culture and way of working.HR operational excellenceYou use HR data and KPIs to support decision-making on engagement, turnover, absenteeism, and workforce planning.This is youYou combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach.
