As a Legal Counsel, you will have the following responsibilities:
* To manage and monitor legal files related to loans and recovery procedures;
* Providing legal advice to various internal teams;
* Drafting and analyzing contracts and other legal documents;
* Ensure that the company's activities comply with current legislation;
* Participate in the management of disputes and litigation;
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve legal issues;
* Conduct legal monitoring to keep track of legislative and regulatory developments.
As a lawyer, you have the following profile:
* You have a Bac +5 degree in Law obtained in France;
* You have a good knowledge of or experience in credit legislation and/or debt collection procedures;
* You possess excellent legal writing skills;
* You have a perfect command of French, both written and spoken;
* You are organized, rigorous, and results-oriented.
