Recruit, coach & motivate a team of 12-15 through regular briefs and hands-on support.
Ensure Operational Excellence : Enforce procedures (inventory, cash, back-office), optimize schedules & maintain visual merchandising standards.
Manage Back-Office : Handle scheduling, HR administration, budget tracking & reporting to leadership.
Proven experience managing a 12-15 person store in retail
Analytical mindset & strong grasp of numbers to turn data into action
Natural leader with a passion for coaching & team building
Languages: Professional fluency in Dutch (Flemish) and/or English; French is a plus
