Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Business Controller (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in the Brussels region (northeast).
Our client is a fast growing company active in the sustainability sector.
As Business Controller (m/f/x) you will work within a team of 5 people and report directly to the finance manager. You will be responsible for:
* Lead the forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accuracy in planning, follow-up, consolidation, and reporting ;
* Monthly P&L analysis: provide financial insights and recommendations through variance analysis, KPI reporting, and performance monitoring ;
* Analyze revenues, OPEX, and CAPEX to identify trends and areas for cost optimization ;
* Support strategic projects by conducting financial feasibility studies and advising on business cases ;
* Cost modeling sustaining Green Dot fees calculation ;
* Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and best practices, continuously improving reporting processes ;
* Conduct in-depth financial analysis and ad hoc reporting to support decision-making ;
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, aligning finance with business objectives ;
* Taking part in ISO 9001 internal audit : Improving internal management process.
The required profile for the Business Controller (m/f/x) position:
* Master degree in Economics/Finance or Economics-related;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in audit, controlling and/or business analysis ;
* You are fluent in French and have a strong knowledge of Dutch;
* You have a strong knowledge of Excel, knowledge of ERPx (Unit4) and Power BI is a plus ;
* You have very good communication and analytical skills;
* You are a proactive, rigorous and a true problem-solver;
* You are able to work independently and in a team context.
