Commercial Development
Identify and prospect new clients within industrial sectors across Flanders.
Manage the entire sales cycle: first contact, needs analysis, quotation, negotiation, and contract signing.
Maintain and develop existing accounts, building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and partners.
Participate in tenders, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure regular client follow-up.
Execute the company's commercial strategy and contribute to increasing brand visibility in Flanders.
Operational Management
Collaborate with recruitment teams to place consultants with clients.
Monitor ongoing projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and guarantee service quality.
Manage key commercial KPIs: turnover, margin, and profitability.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends.
Represent Médiane at events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities.
Profile / Requirements :
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Business Developer, preferably in the engineering or technology sector.
Bilingual Dutch/French (English is an asset).
Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven.
Strong communication skills with a talent for building lasting trust-based relationships.
Good knowledge of the Flemish industrial ecosystem.
Strong technical understanding of engineering professions.
