About the Role We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and solution‐oriented Head of Global Supply Chain Governance & Engagement to join our Global Supply Chain team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine‐l'Alleud, Walloon Brabant, Belgium. You will provide leadership for establishing global supply chain strategies and tactical planning, driving governance, engagement, and continuous improvement across all supply chain functions, aligning with UCB's values and business goals.

You will work closely with the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team, Patient Supply, and other internal and external stakeholders to maximize impact and foster a culture of excellence.
What You Will Do Lead and develop the Governance & Engagement team, driving the strategic roadmap and enabling decision‐making.
Facilitate governance bodies and shape ways of working across the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team.
Manage global supply chain programs and project portfolios using best PMO practices.
Establish and drive operational excellence, learning strategies, and risk and compliance processes.
Orchestrate change management and transformation activities, ensuring efficient execution.
Facilitate HR and Finance annual processes, including budget, headcount tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a relevant field; certifications such as APICS CPIM, PMI/Prince2, or Six Sigma Green Belt are a plus.
Strong understanding of end‐to‐end supply chain processes and strategic business objectives.
Demonstrated experience in project and change management on large programs.
Proven ability to lead cross‐functional teams and drive innovative solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive‐level presentation skills.
Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus.
