* Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
* Remove impediments and ensure smooth team operations
* Foster collaboration, autonomy, and a proactive problem-solving culture
* Maintain transparent communication with IT teams, business stakeholders, and management
* Promote the strategic value of data services (data quality, governance, resilience)
* Identify cross-team synergies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Represent the team in workshops, presentations, and stakeholder discussions
* Champion Agile and DevOps best practices (CI/CD, scalability, performance monitoring)
* Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and risk management with Product Owners
* Drive metrics-based decision-making and continuous process optimization
Technical Skills
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master (PSM/CSM certification preferred)
* Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
* Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
* Understanding of data environments (databases, ETL pipelines, monitoring tools)
* Familiarity with IT production processes (incident management, performance, security)
Soft Skills

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to simplify and explain complex concepts
* Strong adaptability in fast-paced environments
* Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
Nice-to-Have
