As a Credit Controller your responsibilities are:
* Keep a close eye on outstanding invoices and follow up with customers by phone and email.
* Ensure incoming payments are correctly allocated.
* Discuss payment terms and set up repayment plans with clients.
* Take full ownership of your own customer portfolio.
* Send friendly yet firm payment reminders using SAP.
* Collaborate smoothly with different internal departments.
* Monitor cash flow and contribute to reporting.
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* You've recently graduated in Administration, Finance, or a related field, or you already have some experience in credit control.
* You have strong Dutch and English skills; French is a nice bonus.
* Experience with SAP is a plus.
* Confident with MS Office, Teams, and Excel.
* You take initiative and enjoy solving problems.
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who thrives in a team.
