We are currently supporting a leading international logistics organization in the search for a Business Development Manager to strengthen its commercial team in the Benelux region.
This is a strategic commercial role focused on driving new business growth within contract logistics and supply chain solutions.
🔹 Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities in contract logistics
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic prospects across the Benelux region
- Develop tailored logistics solutions (warehousing, value-added services, distribution)
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and contract discussions
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth solution design and implementation
- Develop long-term partnerships with key clients across multiple industries
- Contribute to overall commercial strategy and market positioning
🔹 Profile sought
- Proven experience in Business Development within Contract Logistics, 3PL or Supply Chain Solutions
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business
- Experience with sectors such as FMCG, Retail, Fashion, E-commerce, Consumer Goods or Industrial is a plus
- Strong understanding of logistics / warehousing / supply chain solutions
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus depending on region)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously
