We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts and accelerate growth in Belgium. Lead the sales strategy and execution across Belgium, focusing on enterprise and mid-market clients.
Position the Job&Talent App as the #1 solution for digital staffing — driving efficiency, scalability, and data-driven workforce management.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic prospects and key accounts.
Collaborate closely with Operations and Product teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Coach, mentor, and grow a team of Account Executives and Account Managers to reach ambitious targets.
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in staffing, HR tech, or service industries.
Fluent in French and Dutch, with a solid command of English.
A natural leader and motivator, capable of developing teams and driving performance.
Entrepreneurial mindset — data-driven, proactive, and passionate about digital transformation.
