* Provide advice on a wide range of legal matters linked to the company's operations, including data protection, commercial law, media, and regulatory compliance
* Draft, review, and monitor agreements while ensuring GDPR compliance in collaboration with the DPO
* Propose legal solutions, participate in negotiations, and support transactions
* Track and follow up on disputes and legal proceedings
* Monitor legislation, market trends, and regulatory developments to assess impact and risks
* Maintain and update standard agreements, general terms, and internal contract guidelines
* Collaborate and share knowledge with other legal colleagues
* Actively participate in initiatives aimed at improving processes and efficiency
* Become the internal "go-to" Legal Counsel for multiple business lines
* Master's degree in law with 3-5 years of relevant experience, including solid knowledge of data protection
* Knowledge of e-marketing and AI is a plus; experience in a law firm is an advantage
* Proactive, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset
* Critical thinker with strong analytical skills
* Solution- and result-oriented, with a customer-focused approach
* Excellent communicator with diplomacy and tact
* Fluent in Dutch, with proficiency in French and English
* Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
