The Role
Help clients modernise core processes on SAP. Lead value‑led conversations across S/4HANA transformations and managed application services, building roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes.
Drive growth across Belgium by shaping opportunities and leading complex pursuits to signature. Collaborate with SAP solution experts, delivery leads and partners to design transformation programmes that balance business value, risk and delivery feasibility. Apply governance throughout the sales cycle and ensure a strong handover to delivery for adoption and expansion.

Sales Focus & Client Motion (Net New and New Existing)
* Net New (new clients) Use your Belgian market network to originate SAP transformation and AMS opportunities across the enterprise, public sector, and upper-mid-market. Run targeted outbound and events; co‑sell with SAP ecosystem allies to land first wins; maintain 3×–4× qualified pipeline.
* New Existing (existing clients, new domain) With account teams, identify whitespace (e.g., S/4 migrations, cloud moves, industry solutions, AMS). Build the business case and lead cross- and upsell pursuits to signature.
* Beyond hunting Work with architects and delivery to de‑risk programmes, structure commercials and transition cleanly to delivery for referenceable success.
Key Responsibilities
* Own pipeline and order entry for Smart Platforms (SAP); qualify and progress opportunities to signature.
* Lead consultative discovery to understand process needs and map the value of SAP transformation.
* Orchestrate solution shaping with architects/delivery; align scope, risk, margin and timeline.
* Lead commercial strategy and negotiations; apply governance and secure approvals.
* Build and maintain executive relationships; influence complex buying groups and drive cross‑sell.
* Ensure strong handover to delivery and stay engaged post‑signature to identify expansion opportunities.
Essential Skills
* Proven hunter with experience selling SAP transformation and/or managed services (e.g., S/4HANA programmes, cloud, AMS).
* Strong consultative selling; ability to connect process outcomes to technology roadmaps.
* Commercial acumen deal governance, qualification, negotiation and forecasting.
* Co‑sell experience with the SAP ecosystem; leverage incentives and MDF.
* Fluent English, Dutch, and/or French is a plus.
The team
Join the Belgium Specialised Sales organisation in close partnership with SAP solution specialists, delivery leads and account teams, collaborating with partner managers to build differentiated co‑sell motions.
