Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator. This role will be responsible for managing assignments, client communications, and project follow-up.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Keep search and consulting projects on track: schedule meetings, manage timelines, follow up with all stakeholders
* Prepare and format client-facing documents (project updates, proposals, job briefs)
* Communicate with clients and candidates on behalf of the Consultant/Country Lead
* Coordinate logistics and ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved
* Handle billing, expenses and data tracking with accuracy
* Support business development activities with planning, content creation and follow-up
* General support to the Country Lead in preparing team meetings, presentations, follow-up on appraisal process, etc.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A proactive planner who sees what needs to happen next—and makes it happen
* Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
* A people-person who builds trust with clients, candidates, and colleagues alike
* Excellent level in English and Dutch
* Confident with MS Office tools (especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
* Ideally, you hold a university degree and have at least 5 years experience in a coordination or support role
