Job Description
As an Area Manager, you will ensure the commercial performance of the franchise network. Your responsibilities focus on three main areas:
1 - Business Development
* Build trust and strong relationships with store managers through empathy.
* Communicate effectively to share best practices and strategic guidelines from headquarters.
* Propose growth levers to support store revenue (training, merchandising, processes, tools, local communication).
* Support new store openings and renovations in collaboration with head office teams.
2 - Management/Performance Monitoring
* Oversee economic and administrative management of your sector.
* Support store revenue growth by tracking performance indicators and proposing action plans.
3 - Internal Cross-functional Communication
* Participate in implementing or evolving corporate projects.
* Conduct competitive monitoring within your area.
* Act as the key liaison between headquarters and the network, sharing best practices.
The Successful Applicant
* Master’s degree in Business Engineering or Economics.
* 4 to 7 years of successful experience in a similar role.
* Experience with franchise networks is a strong asset.
* Strong analytical skills, business and customer focus, and rigor in daily performance management.
* Energy, charisma, and motivation to manage and engage the network daily.
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
