The Finance Analyst plays a critical role in driving financial predictability, accountability, and strategic insights. This high-visibility position supports core financial processes including annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting while partnering closely with regional sales leaders and functional teams to optimize performance and enable growth.
What you will experience in this position:
Business Partnering: collaborate with regional sales leaders to enhance forecast accuracy, identify growth opportunities, and improve financial predictability.
Forecasting: support quarterly forecast cycles, ensuring accuracy and identifying risks and opportunities to improve predictability.
Performance Analysis: track and analyze results against plan, forecast, and prior year; identify root causes for variances and recommend corrective actions.
Annual Operating Plan Development: lead end-to-end planning processes, including timeline management, review coordination, document preparation, and financial consolidation.
Sales & Margin Analysis: consolidate and interpret data related to sales performance, margin trends, structural costs, pricing, and working capital optimization.
Analytical Tools Development: create tools and dashboards to evaluate performance across sales channels, product lines, vertical markets, and geographic regions.
Process Improvement: identify and implement process enhancements using Lean methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
Growth Initiatives: provide financial support for strategic projects and initiatives
Market & Industry Analysis: monitor orders, backlog, and industry trends to inform business decisions and improve forecasting accuracy.
Other Duties: perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support FP&A and business objectives.
You have:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent Certification.
Minimum 4+ years in Financial Planning, Operational Finance, or Corporate Finance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on fact-based decision-making.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial systems (SAP, OneStream XF or similar tools such as HFM, Essbase).
Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and build strong relationships.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
Organized, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to influence in ambiguous situations and drive results.
Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
Formal presentation skills and ability to clearly express ideas in writing and verbally.
