Description/Role:
Project Manager within the Transformation Team, responsible for executing a high-impact fiber network project. This role requires hands-on coordination, quick decision-making, and strong stakeholder management to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate project execution in line with the client's strategic objectives.
• Act as a bridge between business, commercial, operational, and technology teams.
• Manage scope, roadmap, deliverables, and project planning.
• Facilitate daily “war room” sessions to monitor progress and resolve blockers.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Clearly and concisely summarize daily progress and outstanding actions.
• Drive change management and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and escalate decisions to senior management when necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Education: Master’s degree in Business or Technology (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management or similar roles in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Track record: Proven ability to deliver projects under pressure and quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
Must-have skills:
• Strong project management skills with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management (up to C-level).
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Strong character: assertive yet diplomatic.
• Skilled in creating clear, concise presentations and summaries.
• High adaptability and speed (fast learner, fast execution).
Nice-to-have skills:
• Experience in telecom (HFC/FTTH).
• Expertise in change management.
• French language skills.
• Experience in crisis-management environments.
