For our client, a Belgian family-owned company with an international presence in the agri-food sector, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist EN/NL/FR to strengthen the team and play an essential role in customer relationship management.
Your role :
* You will closely monitor operations, working closely with warehouses, carriers, internal teams, and customers to ensure optimal service across departments.
* You will minimize disruptions while following procedures for express deliveries, samples, and complaint handling.
* You maintain close contact with our key accounts and distributors to ensure smooth and correct order processing. In the event of discrepancies or problems, you communicate proactively.
* You organize daily logistics to ensure that all products are delivered at the right time and to the right place. In coordination with the Supply Chain, you manage available stock throughout the network, including allocations and monitoring product launches or discontinuations.
* You actively contribute to the standardization, documentation, and implementation of processes, and support the training of colleagues.
* You enable preventive interventions and contribute to the continuous optimization of procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
* You create or adjust customer master data and help your colleagues understand and use it correctly.
* You critically examine data, generate relevant reports, and participate in process automation.
* You put the customer at the center of your priorities, provide appropriate responses to requests and complaints, suggest concrete areas for improvement, and ensure that they are implemented.
Your Profile :
* You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
* You have a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
* You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a genuine interest in and keen eye for detail.
* You are thorough in your administrative work and able to maintain a good overview.
* You are stress-resistant, action-oriented, and have an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
* You have a good understanding of the entire order-to-cash process.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is recommended.
* La connaissance de SAP est indispensable.
* Languages: you speak Dutch, English, and French fluently
