A leading real estate developer based in Brussels is seeking an experienced Property & Project Manager for an interim assignment of 6 to 12 months. This role combines hands-on project oversight with strategic property management across a dynamic portfolio.The Interim Property & Project Manager's key responsibilities will include:Overseeing (re)development projects from building permit to deliveryManaging project budgets, planning, invoicing, and complianceOrganizing site meetings and conducting regular project follow-upsEnsuring adherence to technical standards and resolving discrepanciesPreparing specifications and overseeing the tendering processCoordinating post-construction documentation and intervention filesManaging daily operations of the property portfolio, including maintenance and inspectionsActing as a point of contact for several stakeholders and managing ongoing technical issuesMonitoring condition assessments, legal certifications, and damage casesLeading quarterly review meetings and following up on capex and framework agreementsThe key qualifications required for this interim management job:The ideal candidate has a solid expertise in Construction Engineering, with substantial site and project management experience-ideally managing budgets over €5,000,000. You are motivated by social impact and have a strong understanding of CSR. Trilingual fluency in Dutch, French, and English is essential.
