Key Responsibilities
Payroll & HR Administration
1. Manage end-to-end payroll processes with precision, ensuring compliance and timely execution
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HRIS (Workday) and payroll systems
3. Administer benefits, pensions, leave, and statutory reporting requirements
4. Reconcile payroll data, generate reports, and coordinate with Finance as needed
5. Serve as a senior team member and key point of contact within the HR team
6. Review existing processes critically to identify and lead improvement projects and quick wins
7. Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and their managers (N+1s)
HR Operations
8. Support the HR Partner and team in daily operations and the rollout of HR initiatives
9. Assist in recruitment activities, onboarding, offboarding, and drafting contracts
10. Ensure policies and procedures are followed and kept current with legal standards
Advisory Support
11. Be the right hand of the HR Partner—providing insights, reports, and hands-on execution
12. Prepare HR dashboards and reports to support informed decision-making and workforce planning
13. Contribute to ongoing process improvements and HR project development
14. Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate a strong ethical approach in all HR practices
15. Support Compensation & Benefits (C&B) initiatives
What We’re Looking For
16. 3+ years of proven experience in payroll and HR administration
17. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, employment law, and HR best practices
18. Knowledge of eblox, workday and or Protime is a plus
19. strong organizational skills
20. Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with HRIS platforms
21. Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach
22. Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
23. High level of discretion, integrity, and accountability
