3. Act as the primary point of contact for all contractors, ensuring they understand and adhere to the project's quality requirements.
4. Review and approve subcontractors' quality submissions, including their quality plans and inspection and test plans (ITPs).
5. Lead the implementation of our project's "First of Kind" or benchmark programme.
6. Attend weekly construction meetings and lead dedicated quality meetings with all subcontractors.
7. Oversee the project's quality team to ensure they are consistently implementing the Quality Plan, including checking installation works, verifying compliance with ITPs, and managing quality records and test documentation in our digital system (e.g., BIM 360).
8. Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure all digital issues and non-conformance reports are logged, distributed, tracked, and closed out before project completion.
9. Conduct failure investigations and root cause analyses to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues.
10. Champion the implementation of our "Lessons Learned" process.
11. Promote and embed the principles of Lean Construction, with a particular focus on eliminating waste caused by rework.
12. Develop and distribute a weekly Quality Dashboard Report to key stakeholders.
13. Oversee and manage the implementation of the "Clean Build" programme on site.
14. Ensure all contractor and subcontractor personnel receive the necessary site quality induction.
15. Implement the project's walkdown procedure according to the agreed-upon standards.
