Mission Overview:
Join Keystone Solutions as a consultant on a long-term mission supporting our client's Prescriptions program as an experienced Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work closely with the client on-site, helping four teams that operate in the following domains: medicinal prescriptions, referral prescriptions, referral prescription support, and the client's mobile health application. These tracks are multi-year and carry significant strategic importance for the client.
Each team is led by a project manager following the PRINCE2 framework, while the teams themselves use a Scrum-based way of working. The referral prescription tracks apply the SAFe framework for quarterly planning. The client provides both a Product Owner and a Project Manager for each track. In this consultancy role, you will combine strong methodological expertise with a pragmatic mindset and sufficient assertiveness to guide the development teams and the client in consistently applying the chosen methodologies with appropriate tailoring—ensuring the core agile values remain intact. You will also need to navigate organizational complexities, including contexts where certain roles (such as project managers) may not fully align with a strictly agile framework. Because communication is crucial in this role, a good command of French, Dutch, and English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support four client teams operating in medicinal prescriptions, referral prescriptions, referral prescription support, and the client's mobile health application as a Keystone Solutions consultant.
* Work within a governance model where each team is led by a PRINCE2 project manager, and teams follow a Scrum-based way of working.
* Collaborate on tracks where the SAFe framework is applied for quarterly planning (specifically in the referral prescription teams).
* Partner with client-provided Product Owners and Project Managers on each track to ensure alignment and delivery.
* Guide development teams and the client in consistently applying selected methodologies with adequate tailoring while preserving core agile values.
* Navigate organizational complexities where certain roles (such as project managers) may not fully align with a strictly agile framework.
* Communicate effectively in French, Dutch, and English with a diverse set of stakeholders.
