Job Title : IT Support Engineer
Location : Brussels, Belgium
Job Type : Contract
* Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, handheld devices, access points, Wi-Fi devices, and mobile devices.
* Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and standard business applications.
* Respond to incidents and service requests logged via the IT service desk, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
* Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN access.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including hardware setup, user access, and data migration.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed using the organization's ITSM tool (ServiceNow) and update CMDB when required.
* Support audiovisual equipment for meetings and video conferencing.
* Liaise with hardware vendors for repair/replacement under warranty.
* Ensure compliance with IT security and asset management policies.
* Provide basic training to users on IT equipment and systems.
* Handle stock management.
