As an Incoming Travel Agent at Keolis Travel, you ensure that our domestic and international travellers enjoy a smooth and worry-free experience. You are the main point of contact for our customers, partners and guides, combining commercial insight with operational precision. With your enthusiasm, language skills and attention to detail, you contribute to the success of our Travel activities.brbYour mission /bbrYou support and organise touristic and incoming activities for Brussels City Tours by Keolis Travel. You ensure smooth planning, coordination and administration of our tours and group trips. In addition, you provide commercial support and help build strong customer relationships.brbYour responsibilities /bbrOrganisation operationsulliOrganise and follow up on incoming tourist activities. /liliManage reservations (phone, email, website, hotels, tour operators). /liliPrepare daily tours and transfers. /liliWelcome customers, organise hotel pick-ups and tour departures. /liliEnsure a positive and professional customer experience. /liliFollow up on files and quotations, including administrative processing. /li /ulCommercial customer focusedulliActively contribute to sales activities and customer retention. /liliMaintain contact with existing clients and prospect new customers. /liliEnsure accurate information in quotations. /liliContribute to pricing policy, quality and service. /liliManage and monitor social media. /li /ulTeamwork collaborationulliWork closely with colleagues from the sales and operations teams. /liliContribute to a positive and efficient work environment. /li /ulQuality continuous improvementulliRepresent Keolis positively with customers and partners. /liliMonitor customer satisfaction and relay feedback to the appropriate teams. /liliActively contribute ideas for new services, improvements and efficiency. /liliParticipate in projects and initiatives launched by the group. /li /ul ProfielulliBachelor's degree in tourism or equivalent through experience. /liliExperience in tourism, hospitality, or customer-oriented services is an asset. /liliSociable, stress-resistant, and enjoys working with people. /liliFluent in bFrench, Dutch, and English /b; knowledge of bother languages /b is a plus. /liliStrong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail. /liliBasic knowledge of bdigital tools and reservation systems /b. /liliFlexible and willing to work on weekends according to the schedule. /li /ul AanbodulliA varied position within a bdynamic and international tourism company; /b /liliThe opportunity to assist customers from all over the world and be the face of our travel services; /liliAn battractive salary package /b with additional benefits; /liliThe possibility to further develop your career within theb Keolis Group. /b /li /ul
