Senior IT Director
Enzo Tech Group are supporting a market-leading European Food & Beverage manufacturer is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Transformation to lead a high-impact, multi-year transformation agenda.
Reporting directly to the CIO, this role will shape and deliver enterprise-wide strategy across SAP S/4HANA, cloud, data, and vendor optimisation, supporting significant investments in production expansion, local sourcing, and advanced planning capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling operations across Europe while modernising core technology platforms in a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy across ERP, data, and cloud platforms.
* Lead and scale global teams across ERP, Data, AI, and Digital Transformation (50+ FTEs).
* Deliver large-scale SAP transformation programmes, including S/4HANA and RISE initiatives.
* Establish and mature SAP and Data Centres of Excellence, reducing reliance on external vendors and accelerating internal innovation.
* Drive digital initiatives aligned to production upgrades, supply chain optimisation, and sustainability targets.
* Oversee vendor and system integrator (SI) relationships, ensuring delivery excellence and cost efficiency.
* Partner with executive stakeholders to align digital strategy with broader business growth and operational goals.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience leading large, international technology organisations (40+ FTEs).
* Strong track record delivering global SAP transformations (S/4HANA, RISE).
* Deep expertise in ERP, data, cloud, and digital transformation programmes.
* Demonstrated success managing vendors and system integrators in complex environments.
* Executive-level leadership presence with a strong focus on delivery, outcomes, and business impact.
* Experience within manufacturing or supply chain-driven industries (preferred).
