We provide both permanent and interim contracts.We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for one of our clients, a law firm located in the centre of Brussels.The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting two partners by ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of their professional activities. The position requires autonomy, discretion, and proactive problem-solving, with a strong focus on efficiency and service quality. The successful candidate will be trusted to manage sensitive information and operate with a high level of professionalism at all times.Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate calendars, appointments, and business travel arrangements
2. Oversee the preparation, organization, and maintenance of legal documentation
3. Record and monitor timesheets
4. Review and submit expense claims
5. Arrange and manage conference calls and international telephone communications
6. Open and maintain client and matter files
7. Develop presentations and professional materials using Microsoft Office tools
8. Plan, organize, and support meetings and internal or external events
9. Assist with the coordination of seminars and professional gatherings
10. Ensure accurate filing and classification of documents in line with firm procedures
Your Profile:
11. Demonstrated background as an executive, management, or legal assistant within a law firm or comparable professional services environment
12. Excellent command of English (both written and verbal); fluent knowledge of French, with German considered highly desirable
13. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and demanding setting
14. Strong organizational and planning capabilities
15. Confident communicator, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
16. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
17. Practical mindset and attention to detail
18. Adaptable and flexible approach to work
19. Proactive, solution-oriented attitude
20. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
