A key role in coordinating and optimizing project processes and tools within the maintenance team.
Team Description
Within the network divisions, a project core team has been established that is responsible for coordinating and monitoring all activities, as well as continuously improving the processes of the O&M contract. This team ensures operational results, reports to the client and other stakeholders, and safeguards the profitability of the project and contractual compliance. You will work closely with partners and are responsible for aligning processes, tasks, and tools across the various divisions and teams. You will take the lead to ensure coherence and efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate, monitor, and optimize project activities.
* Monitor operational results and report to both clients and other key stakeholders.
* Responsible for the profitability of projects and compliance with contractual agreements.
* Align and develop processes across divisions and teams, together with partners
* Define and describe the requirements for tool adjustments. Follow up on implementation, testing, and communication.
* Translate user needs to improve existing tools.
* Ensure the organization operates according to ISO9001 principles and guide the annual certification.
* Monitor and manage the service improvement plan.
* Analyse recurring problems and define structural solutions (responsible for problem management).
* Visualize and present trend analyses to the client.
Knowledge and Skills
* Thorough knowledge of process management and process documentation according to the BPMN methodology.
* Familiarity with the ISO9001 quality management system.
* Knowledge of best practices in project and program management.
* Advanced skills in Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
* Insight into the possibilities of AI and its application within operational processes.
* Experience with mobile networks is required; knowledge of site construction, site maintenance, and associated technologies is essential.
* Knowledge of Nokia hardware and NetAct is a plus.
* Thorough knowledge of mobile networks (2G-5G), both the telco and non-telco parts.

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: €50,00 - €55,00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
