Our client, a leading energy infrastructure group, is evolving its digital department toward a product‑centric operating model to enhance value delivery. This role involves guiding teams through a large‑scale agile transformation while providing hands‑on coaching to help mature the organization’s agile capabilities.
Responsibilities
* Serve as a Scrum Master for a dedicated product team to foster self‑management and a focus on customer value.
* Mentor Scrum Masters to transition from event facilitators into strategic servant‑leaders and organizational change agents.
* Coach Product Owners on mastering value maximization, product vision, and empirical planning.
* Accelerate team maturity by guiding groups through self‑organization, conflict resolution, and ownership of commitments.
* Identify and resolve systemic organizational impediments related to governance, budgeting, and silos to improve flow.
* Facilitate a shift in ways of working by encouraging experimentation and listening to stakeholder needs across the organization.
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in Agile environments with at least 5+ years as an Enterprise Agile Coach or Lead Agile Coach.
* 8+ years of practical experience with LeSS (Large‑Scale Scrum) and its implications for organizational design.
* 5+ years of experience training and mentoring Scrum Masters or junior coaches within software delivery environments.
* Proven expertise in coaching teams in product development and product management.
* Strong ability to manage multi‑team dynamics and influence decision‑makers to implement structural changes.
* Exceptional listening skills and the ability to create an inclusive environment while managing conflicts.
* You are fluent in English with a fluent level of French or Dutch.
