Job Description
As a Health & Safety Manager your responsibilities are:
Lead day‑to‑day Health & Safety operations across warehouse and office environments
Create, update, and monitor risk assessments and prevention plans
Conduct and coordinate internal audits, inspections, and mandatory reporting
Manage incident investigations, corrective action plans and legal notifications
Deliver H&S training, toolbox sessions, evacuation drills and compliance follow‑up
Support Business Continuity Plan updates and testing
Serve as back‑up to the Security Manager
Monitor safety checklists and compliance dashboards via internal platforms
Ensure strong on‑site presence at the main location, with periodic visits to the secondary site
The Successful Applicant
A successful Health & Safety Manager should have:
Prevention Advisor Level 2 certification
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar H&S environment
Fluent in Dutch, English, and French
Highly organized, detail‑focused, structured, and proactive
Able to work autonomously and communicate clearly at all levels
Comfortable in a corporate, process‑driven and standards‑oriented culture
Reliable, consistent, and able to coach others
