ACENSI is looking for a Technical Copywriter for one of their clients based in Brussels :Service descriptionManage simultaneous documentation of various IT teams linked to a specific HVDC site, including building and workflows where you engage with the stakeholders.Edit and deliver technically accurate documentation to help others successfully adopt our solutionsOwn the editorial bar for the entire documentation set, including the documentation of architecture (in coordination with the technical architects, the processes, procedures and SLA (in coordination with the service delivery manager)Document As-IS and TO-BE for technical architectures and processesWrite complete SLA and maintenance processes across various components of the IT HVDC systemJob tasks (non-exhaustive)As full member of our product teams, you will support them in:Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including Architecture, user manuals, system documentation, installation guides, FAQs, and other support materials.Write the SLAs in accordance with the service delivery manager definitions and requirements.Collaborate with engineering and product management to gather information and understand documentation needs.Edit and improve existing documentation by ensuring accuracy, clarity, consistency, and comprehensibility.Work closely with subject matter experts to create documentation that meets user needs and supports product goals.Use various Various MS Office tools including Visio.Maintain a documentation repository and ensure it is up-to-date with the latest product releases and updates.Create visual aids, such as diagrams, charts, and screenshots, to enhance understanding of technical content.Review and provide feedback on documentation created by other team members to ensure quality standards.RequirementsHard skills:At least 5 years of experience in content creation and technical writing within an enterprise, professional services organization, or similar practice.
