As a Client Service Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end procure-to-pay process for external talent, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and suppliers.
This role is based primarily on-site in Antwerp, with occasional travel to another location within the province and the flexibility to work from home.
Your responsibilities
* Manage the full procure-to-pay process, from requisition creation to contractor start of assignment and invoicing.
* Maintain and optimize vendor management software (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline).
* Act as the key liaison between hiring managers, suppliers, and freelancers.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years in recruitment, staffing, or contractor management (preferably in Engineering).
* Experience with e-procurement, VMS, or ATS tools is a strong plus.
* External talent management experience at other programs is a major benefit.
* Dutch is your native language, with a good command of English.
* Fluency in French is a plus
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint & OneNote.
