In this role, you won’t just be selling, you’ll be leading decoration projects for your client. Understand the needs of the customer and communicate them internally to jointly elaborate the perfect project for the client.Answer to customers’ request for proposal with qualitative proposals and convince the client with an impressive and impactful pitch of the proposals. Maintaining excellent relationships with customers.Ensure the follow-up from A to Z with the client throughout the project, from the reception of the call for tenders until the installation of the decorations.Maximise the customers satisfaction by ensuring operational excellence and precise communication. Ensure a smooth collaboration between the different internal teams, including our creative Studio, our project managers and our production desk, while being the single point of contact for the customer within our companyContinuously improve ways of working, processes, and decision-making frameworks to strengthen partner performance.Stay ahead of the game by monitoring market trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities.Remote position (with 1 day at the office), based in Nivelles but open to travel to frequently meet with customers and drive projects on-site.Your profileExperience+3 years in sales or key account management of projects.
