The role of Work Planner is a multifaceted position that entails various responsibilities. It requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize duties, and maintain excellent organizational skills.
* Price Setting: Determine the price for the requested work based on specifications and requirements.
* Clear Offer Preparation: Prepare a clear offer that aligns with the request or specifications.
* Document Preparation: Prepare necessary documents for timely handover to colleagues responsible for execution.
* Supplier Management: Maintain contacts with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor quality issues (QA/QC).
* As Built Dossier: Prepare As built dossier.
* Site Support: Support site management during execution as needed.
* Method Improvement: Contribute ideas on methods to perform the work more efficiently, ergonomically, or at a higher quality level.
Key Requirements:
* Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year experience.
* Cognitive Skills: Logical thinking skills.
* Teamwork: Enjoy working in a team.
* Independence: Ability to work independently and control own planning.
* Adaptability: Flexible and able to cope with deadlines.
* Stress Resistance: Stress-resistant.
* Administrative Skills: Proficiency in common MS office packages (Excel, Word, etc.).
* Additional Skill: Experience with MS Projects is a plus.
