Your responsibilities will include:
* Completing personnel administration tasks such as preparing documents, data entry into the HR system, making changes during the employment relationship, termination of the employment relationship, and payroll documents.
* Ensuring that all information in the HR systems is up-to-date at all times.
* Managing employment legal documentation.
* Implementing policies and procedures in accordance with regulations.
* Planning recruitment, advertising, preselection of CVs, and conducting interviews.
* Ensuring an effective and efficient recruiting process.
* Onboarding of employees, care of employees, and training.
* Communicating with company management.
* Assisting the CFOO and accounting department of SCIA by providing correct data regarding employees.

Vaardigheden
* Profound knowledge of all HR-related issues, including social legislation and administration and payroll for Belgium. Knowledge of employee legislation in France would be an advantage.
* Knowledge of Acerta. Knowledge of AFAS would be an advantage.
* Fluency in English and Dutch or French
* Strong communication skills
