As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage your own market with the support of your manager and team.
You will be involved in the full recruitment cycle:
Talent Acquisition
* Identify and approach qualified candidates
* Conduct interviews and assess motivations
* Build long-term talent networks
Business Development
* Develop your own portfolio of clients
* Prospect new companies and create partnerships
* Organize client meetings
* Negotiate terms and conditions
Matchmaking
* Introduce the right candidates to the right companies
* Guide both parties through the recruitment process
* Negotiate offers and close deals
* First experience in recruitment, sales or commercial environment
* Strong communication skills
* Resilient, ambitious and performance-driven
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Comfortable with targets and challenges
* Fluent in French or Dutch, with good English
* Eager to learn and evolve quickly
Fast Career Growth

Typical career path:
* After 6-9 months: Advanced Consultant
* After 12-18 months: Senior Consultant
