We are seeking a senior infrastructure expert to lead a small team and drive the evolution of the company's IT systems through automation, architecture, and operational excellence.
Technical Lead Linux - System Engineer Industry :
IT & Data Services Contract Type:

Your responsibilities:
* You lead, mentor, and develop a team of system engineers, ensuring their growth and performance.
* You oversee the administration and evolution of Linux-based infrastructure, virtualisation (VMware), networking, and storage systems.
* You drive automation initiatives using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes
* You ensure the availability, security, and compliance of IT systems and networks.
* You manage technical operations including deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
* You collaborate with the CTO and contribute to strategic infrastructure planning.
* You document processes and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
Required skills for this role:
* You have 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, including technical leadership.
* You have strong expertise in Linux systems administration and infrastructure architecture.
* You have hands-on experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
* You have a solid understanding of virtualisation (VMware), networking, Active Directory, and security principles.
* You have experience with monitoring and backup tools.
* You have excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* You have strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* You are fluent in English
