Our client is a global organization that supports businesses worldwide with insight and analysis that help them respond effectively to environmental and social expectations. With headquarters in the center of Brussels, they are strengthening their internal Corporate IT Operations to support a growing international workforce.
The Corporate IT Operations Manager leads a distributed team of six IT support engineers located across Europe and North America. The manager will refine processes, establish KPIs, enhance or redesign ITIL practices, and elevate team performance. Team leadership:
Define objectives, roles, and priorities for the IT Operations team.
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and development planning.
Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and high-quality problem solving.
Operational management:
Oversee reliable delivery of internal IT services across multiple offices.
Develop and maintain the IT Operations roadmap.
Strengthen or redesign ITIL processes including incident, change, and knowledge management.
Define and evolve IT Operations services and architecture.
Support continuity planning, including backup and disaster recovery.
Perform limited hands-on technical support when on-site presence in Brussels is required.
Stakeholder and vendor management:
Align IT operations with business priorities through close stakeholder engagement.
Manage vendors, evaluate solutions, and negotiate agreements.
Minimum 3-5 years of IT management experience, ideally across multiple locations.
Technical background with Microsoft Azure tools (Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Identity, Teams, O365).
Ability to work on-site in Brussels nearly full time.
Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
