The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for following domains:Production & Inventory Planning· Lead and implement a full Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning demand, supply, procurement, and sales
· Develop and manage production, replenishment, and inventory plans to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence
· Oversee stock and flow management, including safety stock policies, forecasting inputs, and inventory segmentation
· Coordinate closely with procurement, sales, and operations to ensure integrated planning and execution
· Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and inventory turnover
· Act as a hands-on production planner and provide backup support to direct reports as neededLogistics· Oversee internal logistics and warehouse activities to ensure timely and cost-effective availability of products for market
· Monitor stock performance, production lead times, and service levels
· Collaborate with customer service to optimize distribution processesPerformance Management & Continuous Improvement· Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including service level, capacity calculations, delivery times, logistics costs, inventory turnover, and stock health
· Make ad hoc project calculation on capacity and production availability
· Establish reporting tools and dashboards to support performance visibility and decision-making
· Identify gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency and effectiveness
· Promote standardization, best practices, and process discipline across supply chain activities
· Ensure S&OP process documentation is maintained and up-to-date.Master Data Management· Support the establishment of a small master data team responsible for maintaining high-quality master data across the organization
· Ensure coherence, accuracy, and governance of key supply chain master data (e.g., items, article data, BOM, routings, locations)
· Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define ownership, standards, and processes for master data management
· Understand the impact of master data on supply chain performanceThe Supply Chain Manager will report to the COO.
* Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business administration, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager, preferably in a retail or consumer environment
* Relevant professional experience in Supply or Demand planning in a systems and manufacturing environment
* Excellent knowledge and in depth understanding of the supply chain flow and end-to-end supply planning process, in particular forecasting, demand-, supply- and production- planning
* Experience with S&OP processes and systems is a significant advantage.
* Strong process and project management skills.
* Experience with SAP ERP/MRP replenishment systems and advanced Excel skills
* Excellent English, written and spoken
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
