The Administrative and Accounting Assistant role is a dynamic position that requires a candidate with experience in administrative coordination, accounting assistance, and prevention advisor tasks.
Key responsibilities include managing ambassador relations, coordinating travel logistics, organizing meetings and events, handling office management tasks, creating tutorials and internal process documents, providing operations support and technical assistance follow-up, encoding supplier invoices and client invoices, managing payments and expense reports, verifying monthly credit card statements, creating purchase orders, and providing backup support for the Finance & Administration Director.
This role also involves managing health & safety documentation, coordinating with occupational health provider Mensura, organizing medical exams, flu vaccinations, and safety trainings, such as first aid and fire response.
