Cabaïa is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager (38h) in Brugge for a replacement!

Your missions if you accept:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you\'ll be the Store Manager\'s right-hand person, responsible for organizing and managing the store. You\'ll be able to sell our colorful products with a captivating smile and an overwhelmingly positive attitude. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
* Co-managing a sales team;
* Co-managing team schedules using Skello;
* Conducting sales training;
* Participating in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs);
* Providing customer advice and promoting product sales;
* Receiving deliveries;
* Implementing merchandising strategies;
* Organizing and participating in inventories.
