Your day-to-day
Provide support and enhancements for business applications built on CRM Dynamics and SharePoint
Act as the interface with internal expertise teams to escalate requirements and ensure seamless solution integration
Gather, analyze, and document local and operational user needs
Deliver functional assistance and day-to-day user support, ensuring smooth resolution of issues
Draft, update, and maintain user documentation and procedures
Organize and conduct training sessions to promote tool adoption across teams
Contribute to regular activity and incident reporting, while proactively suggesting system improvements
Serve as a functional backup for key applications when required
Your profile
Higher education degree (Master's in Business School, Engineering, or equivalent university background)
3-6 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within IT or Asset Management environments
Strong expertise in Microsoft CRM Dynamics and SharePoint
Additional technical knowledge in SQL and HTML is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Languages: fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
