Identify new market opportunities, analyze competition, and determine the right positioning. Translate the overall Keolis vision into concrete commercial action plans.Sales and New Business: Lead the commercial department and be hands-on in generating new business. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing high-level clients, negotiate contracts, and close successful deals.Leading and being responsible for large public tenders.Optimizing the successful delivery of small and larger tenders, and managing more transactional sales activities (such as Keolis Event-shuttle and tourism activities), taking into account their integration into local operations.Team Management and Coaching: Lead a team of sales professionals, motivate and coach them to achieve objectives and grow further. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results-orientation.Market Analysis and Innovation: Monitor market developments, identify trends, and anticipate future needs. Contribute to the development of innovative services and solutions that meet customer demand.Budget Management and Reporting: Prepare commercial budgets, monitor performance, and report to management. Experience with public tenders is an absolute must.You possess a strong and relevant network within the Belgian mobility sector that you can leverage.You are proactive, innovative, and have a clear vision for the future of mobility.You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a results-oriented approach.You have demonstrable experience in leading, motivating, and coaching sales teams.You are analytically strong and capable of translating data into commercial insights.You are fluent in both Dutch and French.You have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
