We are looking for an Import Coordinator to join our LolaLiza family
In this role, you are responsible for the operational, administrative and documentary follow-up of the import flows of textile goods. You ensure correct logistical execution while respecting deadlines and the financial and contractual tracking of import operations in close collaboration with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.

As Import Coordinator your main responsibilities include:
Import Monitoring, Delivery & Document Control
Opening and validating Letters of Credit (LC)
Checking and approving irregularities in documentation (quantities, values and dates)
Following up on the issuance and reception of allimport-related documents: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.
Coordinating with freight forwarders to obtain customs clearance documents
Tracking transport bookings (by sea, air or land)
Planning deliveries in cooperation with logistics partners and updating schedules
Communicating regularly with warehouses and internal teams
Preparing and sharing weekly delivery reports
Reporting delays or logistics/importissues internally
Specific monitoring of deliveries to Italy (frequency, volume and compliance)
Payment Monitoring and Validation
Processing and validating payments to forwarders, suppliersand logistics providers
Entering, checkingand archiving import-related invoices
Reconciling estimated and actual transport costs
Regularly updating transport cost data in monitoring tools.
Handling Discrepancies and Claims
Following up on quality complaints
Managing non-compliant or missing deliveries (importdisputes)
Coordinating with customs and relevant authorities in case of disputes
Ordering and managing stock for labels and packaging materials
Updating product and logistics specifications in collaboration with suppliers
Monitoring CSR Objectives (Corporate Social Responsibility)
Ensuringimported products comply with internal CSR standards
Contributing to supplier audits on social and environmental topics
Reporting on progress made in CSR matters
Your profile?
You have at least 5 years of experience in internationalimport(experience with Asian imports is a plus)
You have an advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems and logistics tracking tools
You have solid knowledge of customs procedures and import documentation
You are well-organized, accurate and able to manage several tasks simultaneously
You have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable working with multicultural partners
You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
