At Sarens Projects, we move the unmovable: bridges, turbines, massive industrial parts. You don't need years of experience - just motivation, a team spirit, and a drive to learn. We'll train you to become a Heavy Lifting Operator and help you grow step-by-step in the world of specialized lifting.
This is your chance to start a technical career that takes you places.
Your role as a Junior Heavy Lifting Operator
You'll be part of our international On-Site Operations Team, working alongside experienced colleagues on large-scale lifting jobs.
We'll guide you as you:
* Learn to follow all safety guidelines (SHEQ) on site
* Join daily team briefings and toolbox talks
* Help prepare, assemble, and maintain equipment
* Assist with lifting operations, step by step
* Solve practical problems with your teammates when things get tricky
* Pack down equipment for transport to the next site
You'll get on-the-job training, hands-on learning, and real results you can be proud of.
