As the first legal hire, your scope will include:
* Organisation and coordination of corporate housekeeping
* Drafting and negotiation of Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs)
* Legal support in M&A transactions
* Acting as the main point of contact for external lawyers
The exact scope will evolve together with the business and the person joining.
* Belgian Master in Law
* Qualified lawyer or experienced in-house legal counsel
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Solid experience with corporate law and transactions
* Comfortable working autonomously as a sole legal professional
* Pragmatic, business-oriented and structured
* Confident interacting with senior management and external advisors
