Where no two days are the same.Your roleAs a Project Engineer in the Drug Delivery Systems department, you will play a crucial role in supporting development and qualification activities for primary packaging materials, dosing devices, and combination products on a global scale. You'll contribute to ensuring the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical packaging systems.In this role you will play a key role in:Qualifying container closure systems (vials, bottles, bags, blisters, syringes, etc.) for new drug development programs.Defining qualification strategies and coordinating testing programs both internally and at external vendors (WVTR, extractables and leachable, container closure integrity, etc.).Creating specifications and gathering compliance information from suppliers.Writing protocols, reports, and scientific documents including development reports and risk assessments.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging solutions meet regulatory requirements and product needs.Your profileBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related technical field.3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging, medical devices, or related engineering field.Strong knowledge of qualification processes and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical packaging.Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.Independent working style with a proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.Critical thinking skills and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.Eagerness to learn and apply new concepts in pharmaceutical packaging development.What you'll love about working hereHybrid working: We encourage flexibility when it comes to when and where works gets done.
