Nexeo is currently looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst – Risk & Compliance for one of the leading financial institutions in Belgium.

Your Mission
Within Affluent & Private Banking (COO Office), you will support transversal projects and initiatives in the Risk & Compliance domain.
As a Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and coordinating cross-functional projects related to risk and compliance
* Building and structuring training programs covering fiscal specificities of foreign clients (IMS project)
* Managing transactional control and audit-driven action plans in the context of responsible remote selling
* Acting as Business Analyst (requirements gathering, analysis, documentation) on specific workstreams
* Acting as Project Manager on other streams (planning, governance setup, stakeholder alignment)
* Setting up governance frameworks and organizing steering committees and working groups
* Ensuring stakeholder alignment and driving consensus-based action plans
* Applying structured project management methodologies, processes, and tools
* Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions and ensuring proper follow-up
Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis
* Strong understanding of finance, risk and compliance environments
* Experience working in large organizations with multiple stakeholders
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, processes and tools
* Native or fluent in Dutch and French (mandatory)
* English is a plus
