* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, servers, hardware, software, and system errors.
* Serve as the primary IT contact for the APAC region, ensuring timely delivery of systems and services.
* Coordinate with global IT teams to align regional initiatives with corporate objectives.
* Provide technical support for meetings, maintain user accounts, and conduct IT training on best practices, cybersecurity, and mobility.
* Manage inventory of IT assets, oversee hardware lifecycle, and perform preventive maintenance.
* Record and track IT support activities in the helpdesk system; prepare monthly status reports.
* Work with vendors to obtain service proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor expenses.
* Support IT budgeting and adhere to organizational policies and standards.

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* 7+ years of IT support experience in a multinational environment.
* Expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, cloud-based infrastructure (Azure preferred), networking fundamentals, and knowledge in SAP.
* Strong skills in configuring and supporting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
