Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to oversee stock accuracy and reporting across multiple storage locations. This role combines operational insight, data analysis, and process documentation to support continuous improvement. Our client is a leading player in the distribution and logistics sector, known for its commitment to operational efficiency and innovation. With a strong footprint in the European market, they manage complex supply chains and partner with major retail and publishing clients. Key Responsibilities of the Inventory Analyst Optimise inventory levels to meet demand while minimising costs Monitor and release blocked stock movements in SAP Create clear procedures based on recurring discrepancies Develop structured reports (daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc) for internal stakeholders Document and maintain inventory-related processes Respond to client inquiries and justify discrepancies in inventory reports Lead physical and administrative preparation for returns and inventory counts Act as the main contact for subcontractors handling returns Ideal Candidate Profile for the Inventory Analyst Role University degree or equivalent experience in logistics or production Fluent in French and Dutch; English is a plus Strong command of SAP (WM/MM) and warehouse modules is a must have Advanced Excel ((Vlookup, Macro's, Reporting))and solid Microsoft Office skills is crucial for this role Analytical mindset with excellent reporting and communication skills Experience in coaching and team supervision Our customer o...
