🎯 Your Role
You will join a dynamic marketing team of 3 people and play a key role in developing and managing our digital marketing and social media strategy.
Your mission:
Drive engagement, brand awareness and growth across our digital channels.
💼 What you will do
📱 Social Media Management
* Manage and grow our social media channels (Facebook & Instagram)
* Animate and engage with our online community
* Plan and execute social media campaigns
✍️ Content Creation
* Create engaging content that attracts and converts our audiences
* Ensure all communications align with our brand identity
* Coordinate the production of digital marketing materials
🌐 Website Management
* Keep website content updated and relevant
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product and service information
📊 Performance & Analytics
* Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance
* Use web analytics tools to optimize traffic and engagement
* Provide insights and reports on campaign impact
🤝 Collaboration
* Work with central digital teams and internal stakeholders
* Coordinate digital communication for HomeServe Belgium and its 5 subsidiaries
👤 Your Profile
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
✔ Hands-on experience with social media and online campaigns
✔ Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
✔ Analytical mindset with interest in data & performance tracking
✔ Creative, proactive and results-oriented
Languages:
* Fluent French
* Fluent Dutch
* English is a plus
